We celebrate the World Oceans Day

On June 8, together with hundreds of other Relais & Châteaux members, we’ll celebrate the World Oceans Day. For this year’s theme of “Planet Ocean: Tides are Changing”, we are focusing on “SEAsonality”. We are changing the tides by debunking a myth: just because a fish is ‘in season’ does not necessarily make it more sustainable. Preservation of biodiversity and populations of fish species is a priority for everyone who uses the richness of the ocean to prepare delicious and healthy food.

In celebration of the World Oceans Day, during the week of June 5-11 we will launch a special menu. Chef Kalev’s team will offer a dish with salmon trout caught in a lake in the Estate, which will be available at Bistro 55.
