If you have already enjoyed the gourmet specialties of Chef Vesselin Kalev at aEstivum restaurant, you certainly can’t wait to taste his author’s dishes at Bistro 55. It is being launched on February 5, bringing an abundance of flavors and creative interpretations of terroir and homemade products. We will offer you meat, yellow cheese and vegetables from our farm and from the region, three different burgers, vegetarian options, kids’ menu, tempting desserts… The dishes complement the homey coziness of the bistro and pair with our wine list selection.
