Culinary events at the Estate

Like every autumn, the Slow Food movement finds its perfect home at the Estate. On October 15th we will take the traditional Four Steps, Four Tastes walk, where we will enjoy the products from our farm and gardens. We’ll make a stop for truffle bites, taste Zornitza wines among the vineyards and finish in the bohemian ambiance of Baraka. An afternoon walk in pace with the rhythm of nature, dedicated to slow and terroir food.

The second culinary highlight of the month is coming up on October 29 when chef Vesselin Kalev and sous-chef Hristo Filyov will present an author’s dinner at the aEstivum restaurant, in which they will surprise us with a perfect mix of dishes and products from different national cuisines.
