New à la carte menu at aEstivum restaurant
We are sure that connoisseurs of premium cuisine have been looking forward to the autumn à la carte menu at aEstivum restaurant. Its launch is on October 6, and those who have already tried it say it’s one of the best yet. It’s autumnal, warming, with marinated, smoked meats, fermented products and author’s recipes. We’ll raise the curtain ever so slightly for the most impatient by revealing a few tempting dishes: salt and prosecco marinated sturgeon with edamame and mango; venison from our farm with salsify, chocolate and chestnut; dessert with red cabbage, chocolate, cherries and sour cherries liqueur.
