Sangria Terroir – the taste of summer in a glass
Sangria, the drink whose name means „blood,“ carries the heart of Spain. Its deep ruby color, rich wine flavor, and the freshness of sweet citrus make it a symbol of long summer evenings in Europe’s most temperamental country.
Few drinks capture the spirit of summer quite like sangria. Born under the sun of the Pyrenees, it has been bringing friends together around the table for centuries with its refreshing combination of wine, fruit and aromatic herbs. Traditionally, sangria is made with red wine because its rich character and fruity notes create the perfect base for fresh citrus and seasonal fruits, while maintaining the depth and elegance of the drink.
At BlackSeaRama and Zornitza Family Estate we have created our own interpretation of this classic – Sangria Terroir. At its core is the iconic wine Terroir from Zornitza Family Estate, which gives character and density. To it we add carefully selected seasonal fruits, fresh herbs and aromatic spices, which turn every glass into a true summer experience.
And there's something else. A small, almost imperceptible ingredient that makes our sangria different. Some call it love, others call it the master's secret.
We'll leave it to you to guess.
If you guess the secret ingredient, you will receive a special prize – bottle of Terroir from Zornitza Family Estate.
Cheers to summer, good company, and flavors that leave a long aftertaste and memories!
