For the eve of the Ladies day, Chef Vassil Spassov and the sommelier of the Estate Alexander Skorchev have tailored a special menu. If you have been dreaming of welcoming this day in a warm and exotic place, we will give you a sense of it with our wine menu, which will be available at aEstivum restaurant on March 7th, Saturday.
Some of South America’s most signature wines – Chilean Carmenere, Argentinean Malbec and some mouth-watering blends – will find their perfect match in beef and pork dishes with author’s final touch. Thus we will open the season of our themed culinary events and make the festive weekend truly unforgettable.
