aEstivum re-opening with a brand-new menu
January was a time for creativity for Chef Vassil Spassov and his team. Driven by the desire to please you with a variety of fine dishes, they have developed a new a-la-carte and 5- and 7-course tasting menus which will be served at aEstivum on its working days – from Thursday to Sunday. We will not raise the curtain any more in order to make the experience even more exciting. We will just mention that the menu has a whole new concept, striking an excellent balance between meat, vegetarian and vegan dishes. The variety of flavors and aromas reveals the richness of the terroir cuisine, based on a wide range of local products.
