We are cooking with wine

We are sure that many of you are eagerly waiting to see what love-wine culinary delights Chef Kalev’s team will cook this year. And there is a reason! On the weekend of February 18-19, Bistro 55 will be offering a special three-course “Cooking with Wine” menu with two glasses of Zornitza wines included. As befits a romantic holiday, there will be strawberry dishes, but also unusual offerings such as caramelized peaches.

There will be delicious meals for game lovers, but also for those who prefer vegetarian cuisine.

And last but not least – we will honor the holiday of the wine makers by ritually pruning the vines on February 14 and by opening a bottle of Zornitza Syrah 2021 for the first time.
