Japanese dinner at the Estate

On March 25, the terroir cuisine of chef Vesselin Kalev will be paired with the finesse of Japanese culinary art at the Estate. We are happy to invite you to a Bulgarian-Japanese dinner at the aEstivum restaurant, which we’ll be hosting in partnership with the Embassy of Japan.

A highlight of the menu will be Wagyu – the superb Japanese beef prepared by the Embassy chef. In the drink list you will find both the traditional Japanese whiskey and something more exotic – plum wine.
