For the fourth year in a row, the festive mood takes over the Estate a few weeks before Christmas. The reason for this is another edition of a premium event – the Tour de France dinner at aEstivum restaurant. On December 9, we will be happy to welcome connoisseurs of the best of French wine and fine dining.

We will present five wines from the most famous regions in France, carefully selected by our sommelier Alexander Skorchev and perfectly paired with the five-course menu of chef Vesselin Kalev. We will keep the wines as a special surprise for the dinner participants, and for the most impatient, here is the menu: Artichoke with farfalle, arugula, parmesan and mushrooms; Saint Jacques with salad, beurre blanc and black caviar; Tuna with pineapple, onions and lime, Tender beef with potato, cognac and mustard; Rice pudding with strawberries, orange and champagne.
