From April to June, the spring menu of aEstivum restaurant deservedly received appreciation and compliments from connoisseurs of modern Bulgarian cuisine from near and far. To build on and to diversify our proposals, we added several irresistible summer dishes which you can enjoy inside the restaurant or on the terrace with a panoramic view to the Estate.
Make sure you try our new dish named Mezze, which you can pair with the superb Zornitza 2018 harvest wines. Your gourmet adventure must go through Octopus cheesecake and end with our interpretation of Kiunefe.
