Oceans Day 2021
Once a year, Relais & Châteaux chefs take the opportunity as an association to participate in a global festival in honor of World Oceans Day, annually observed by the United Nations on the 8th of June. The United Nations’ theme this year is THE OCEAN: LIFE & LIVELIHOODS. Relais & Châteaux will answer to this theme with an ode to shellfish.
We at Zornitza Family Estate Relais & Châteaux traditionally participate in the festival. This time chef Kalev and his team invite you to try a really tempting dish with Sea bass, Saint Jacques mussels, saffron, citrus, celery and beets. The dish will be served at Bistro 55 from 8 to 12 June.
