“Italian Affair” at aEstivum restaurant

Even when you’re not in Rome, you won’t go wrong if you do as the Romans do – opting for the signature wines of the Apennines and enjoying them in pairing with fine dishes. The wines selected by our sommelier Alexander Skorchev will be the protagonist of the dinner prepared by chef Kalev’s team on March 9 at the aEstivum restaurant. We called this special dinner “Italian Affair” because of the main characters in it – Barolo, Amarone, Rose Velarosa, Sharis, Conte della Vipera…

We will offer them in pairing with tuna, Sicilian orange, ravioli, porcini, pecorino, venison with artichoke, cannelloni and of course – chocolate, caramel and coffee for dessert.
