Food for Change

As a member of Relais & Châteaux, we at Zornitza Family Estate annually join the activities of the association related to preserving biodiversity and to the optimal use of food resources.
Traditionally, in early October it is time for the initiative “Food for Change” – from 1 to 4 October we will serve a special menu, in which this year the accent will be on our goat cheese – we will prepare strudel with goat cheese. We will also invite you to this year’s edition of the traditional culinary walk around the Estate “Four stops, four tastes”, during which you will try cheese, yellow cheese, honey and jam produced inhouse.
