Wine Society – the beginning
On July 11th, we kicked off something we had been preparing for a long time: a dinner at the Boutique Fine Dining restaurant of BlackSeaRama with wines from Zornitza Family Estate and Q Wines this was the first event for the Zornitza Wine Society club. It was an exciting meeting of people with a common passion – for first-class wine, for divine food, for conversation that lasted until midnight…
The menu, with the author's signature of chef Hristo Filyov, told stories of distant lands and seas: a combination of flavors and aromas that captivate the palate.
It was an evening worth repeating!
