What’s new at aEstivum restaurant
Each season the menus in our restaurants follow the nature’s rhythm and offer you fresh produce from our farm and garden. In the last weeks of spring, the abundance of juicy cherries adds to the taste and appearance of salads, main dishes and desserts. At aEstivum we started serving home-grown leaf salads, as well as a selection of olives and a fabulous dessert – with cherries, sour cherries dejestive, melon, Saint Jacques mussels, bacon and goat cheese.
And that’s not all. From June 12 every week at aEstivum we’ll host one themed evening, different from the a la carte menu – stay tuned by following us on social networks.
