We cook with wine
In the month of love and wine, as every year, Zornitza Family Estate will participate in the Open Doors Days in the Melnik region. We will be happy to welcome you on February 17 and 18, when the team of chef Veselin Kalev will cook with wine. The three-course menu will feature foie gras terrine, slow-cooked boar and chocolate souffle. We will offer a tempting option for vegetarians and, of course, a glass of fabulous Zornitza wine.
