New year, new menu
Some of you have already tasted the new menu of aEstivum restaurant, which chef Vesselin Kalev worked out in the last month of last year. He put into it his years-long experience in first-class Bulgarian restaurants, Michelin-starred restaurants and Relais & Châteaux estates, and flavoured it with the latest cooking techniques and culinary trends.
