Moroccan lunch at Baraka

On June 14th, we will offer you a magnificent summer experience: lunch in the coolness of Baraka with the hot flavors of Moroccan cuisine.

The lunch will be hosted by Ahmed Handour, Head chef of Le Salon Oriental restaurant at the Heure Bleue Palais Relais & Châteaux hotel in Essaouira. His cuisine is turned towards the sea and is nourished by traditional Moroccan and Souiri cuisine to which he adds a twist of modernity.

We will also offer you the best wine pairings for his dishes.
