On June 7th, a premium champagne house from France will meet the exquisite menu of chef Veselin Kalev in an exciting dinner for connoisseurs at the aEstivum restaurant. Our sommelier Alexander Skorchev has selected signature Pommery champagne labels, whose glorious history began nearly two centuries ago in Reims.
To unfold their taste in all its splendor, we will offer a specially designed six-course menu. In it, you will be tempted by the marine flavors of salmon and octopus, the classic ribeye steak, the amazing wealth of techniques, spices and seasonal products.
