Wine of the Month – Zornitza Family Estate Rosé Cinsault 2025

22.05.2026

Some wines are simply meant to be enjoyed. But there are also those that create a special mood from the very first glass.

Zornitza Family Estate Rosé Cinsault 2025 is precisely such a rosé — ethereal, elegant and memorable. With its delicate onion-skin colour, it evokes a long summer afternoon, tranquillity and conversations you never want to end.

The aroma is exceptionally refined and multi-layered — sweet cherries, ripe red fruits and delicate hints of smoke and stone, which lend character and a slightly mysterious finish. On the palate, the wine is fresh, juicy and silky smooth, with a clean, fruity finish that lingers long and delicately.

This is a rosé that doesn’t make a loud impression. It impresses with its balance, style and sense of lightness.

What to pair it with?

Burrata with marinated strawberries and thyme

The creamy burrata and the light sweetness of the strawberries, with a little balsamic reduction (or marinated overnight in a little balsamic vinegar and brown sugar), highlight the wine’s fruity profile, whilst the thyme adds an earthy accent to the subtle smoky notes.

Quick tip:
Serve on crispy, freshly baked bread with extra virgin olive oil.

Dessert idea: cherry and almond cream tart

The delicate notes of stone and nut in the wine unfold beautifully with a light almond dessert.

How to serve it?

Temperature: 8–10°C

Glass: a versatile white or rosé wine glass

Best time to enjoy: late afternoon or a long aperitif with canapés on the terrace.
