New flavor in the Farm2Table collection | Melon Jam
Zornitza Family Estate's collection of unique terroir jams is growing with another one this season: melon jam. Have you tried summer in a jar? This is it!
The heat in August had a wonderful effect on this plant from the cucurbit family and filled all three varieties grown on the estate with sweetness: Hami, Medena Rosa and Kanarski. The sweet has a perfectly preserved intense melon aroma and whole pieces of fruit and is now available on site and in the Le Petit Quche store at 16 Oborishte Street in Sofia.
