First truffle harvest at Zornitza Family Estate

We are excited to share with you that we recently harvested the first truffles at Zornitza Family Estate. The magnificent find, weighing a total of 800 grams, is now part of the culinary delights at aEstivum restaurant and Bistro 55.

Here are some more details: the truffles were found with a specially trained dog in the oak forest of the Estate. The trees were planted and inoculated with truffle spores some 10 years ago and are yet to reach their full potential.
