Chef Milen Zlatev heads our culinary team

We are happy to introduce the new head chef of Zornitza Family Estate Relais & Châteaux – chef Milen Zlatev.
He has over 20 years of professional experience in the world of culinary art. He graduated from the HRC Culinary Academy and has been training amateurs and professionals in confectionery and cooking. He is also famous for hosting seminars, consulting and delivering presentations.
He has worked in 5-star hotels in Qatar, the Netherlands and England, and as a private chef for ambassadors, businessmen and politicians in Bulgaria.
His interests are related to modern and avant-garde cuisine and the subtleties of confectionery.
In a few weeks we will present you chef Zlatev’s new menus at aEstivum restaurant and Bistro 55.
