The aEstivum Chef cooks at “Restaurant of the Year”

The Chef of aEstivum Restaurant Vasil Spassov will be one of the six cooking at the gala dinner of “RESTAURANT OF THE YEAR 2018 BACCHUS, ACQUA PANNA & S. PELLEGRINO”. Two Bulgarians and four Spaniards are invited to present their culinary skills to the sophisticated participants in the event. Chef Spassov’s dish in the six-course Spanish dinner will be Bulgarian polenta with duck fat, fried lardo from Black iberian pig, cecina, sauce From Giant Bulgarian beans, pickles and butter milk sauce served with Tikveš Barovo Red 2015 from Northern Macedonia.
