Italian Cuisine Week
From November 18 to 24, 2019, the fourth edition of the Italian Cuisine Week will be held worldwide. We at Zornitza Family Estate Relais & Châteaux will join the initiative as part of our partnership with Confindustria Bulgaria. The theme of this year’s edition is “Education and Culture of Taste”. The Chef of the Estate Vassil Spassov will present his interpretation of this topic with his Italian menu: Green salad with grapes, cherry tomatoes, Pecorino Romano, Prosciutto di Parma and honey vinaigrette, Lunette with truffle and fresh cheese, Sunday veal ragout with Taggiasche olives, Dessert pasta Bolognese.
