A five-course dinner with Allendorf wines
On September 7, guests of Zornitza Family Estate Relais & Châteaux will have the opportunity to discover the charm of German wines paired with Bulgarian food. The evening will start with a welcome drink – sparkling Riesling made by classic champagne method. Then, five more Allendorf wines will be tasted, combined with a five-course dinner prepared by Chef Vassil Spassov. The superb wines will be presented by Max Scholenberg – winemaker and son of the owners of the Allendorf winery. The cellar was established in 1292 and is one of the best in Germany – not only because of its centuries-old history, but also because of the rules it strictly adheres to in wine production.
