Four stops and four tastes in the estate
At the beginning of October, the international Slow Food organisation, together with Relais & Châteaux, celebrates the festival – “Slow Food – Food for Change.” We are organising a pleasant autumn walk for the guests in our estate, in harmony with the farmer markets and picnics taking place around the world within this festival. You will be able to enjoy the different tastes of our homemade production in four stops. We will see the vegetable garden, try our sweet honey, taste the farm produce and, of course, drink wine from our cellar. And after the tour Chef Spasov will prepare a special surprise – four-course menu with a unique mix of tastes and products from our estate. It’s worth trying „Warm pork terrine” and „Rose Ice-Cream with Bulgarian Yogurt Espuma”.
